The Open Government Partnership (OGP) is a global alliance that brings together government leaders and advocates from civil society to advance governance that is transparent, participatory, inclusive, and accountable. With 75 countries and 104 local governments as members, the OGP represents over two billion people and collaborates with thousands of civil society organizations.
In October 2023, a series of workshops took place during regional consultative meetings for the development of the third national action plan for open government. These workshops were designed to address various topics related to the principles of open government. The UM6P School of Collective Intelligence was chosen to support and facilitate these workshops.
The workshops were conducted on the following dates and in the respective locations:
- Casablanca on October 14th, 2023.
- Oujda on October 19th, 2023.
- Fes on October 21st, 2023.
- Tangier on 28th October 2023.
During these workshops, participants had the opportunity to engage in discussions, share ideas, and contribute to shaping the national action plan for open government.
