The School of Collective Intelligence conducted a series of workshops for various Moroccan ministries, focused on empowering public servants with effective tools for successful change while integrating the «Marssad» platform. Marssad is designed to enhance decision-making by presenting both aggregated and detailed data on the labor market in Morocco.
The workshops encompassed essential aspects of change management, emphasizing change design and community mobilization. Through practical exercises, participants were equipped with the knowledge to drive and sustain change within their respective roles. The level of engagement displayed by the participants, coupled with their energy and «Niya,» was truly commendable.
